We are Drone the Sky, based in Singapore. We respect your privacy & follow the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Warranty
All items you purchase from us come with a 3-month warranty. This covers manufacturing defects and faults in materials under normal use.
Return & Full Refund
If you're not satisfied, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. To be eligible for the full refund, both the item and all original packaging, accessories, manuals, etc., must be returned in original, unused condition.
How to Process a Return
Contact our Support Team within 7 days of receipt.
Provide your order number, what you're returning, and reason (optional).
Pack the item safely (with all original packaging & accessories).
Ship it back to us using the method we specify.
Once we confirm everything is in the original condition, we'll issue your refund (usually within 7 business days after receiving the return).
What's Not Covered / Conditions
Products that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modification.
Item(s) with missing packaging, parts, or accessories.
Item(s) where the seal or protective sticker(s) are broken (if applicable).
Refund Method
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used originally. If that's not possible, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative.
